Anita Sonar The present revision is of the year 2020 and has been preferred against an order dated 02.07.2020 passed by the Learned Sessions Judge, Paschim Bardhaman, in Criminal Appeal No. 13 of 2019, thereby affirming the order dated 30.03.2019 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman, in Misc. Case No. 10035 of 2018.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
