The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petitioner as per the Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner on call. This is the case under investigation as yet when the petitioner has sought for quashing of the proceedings in G.R. Case No.888 of 2018 arising out of Nanda Kumar P.S. Case No.154/18 dated 8.5.2018 under Sections 417/376 of the IPC pending in the court of learned ACJM, Purba Medinipur on the ground that in this case the petitioner has been falsely implicated. Since no accommodation of time has sought for, none appears as before on 18.11.2020 the revisional application is hereby dismissed.
