Basu Mallick ...for the Council Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. It is the grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition that after joining as an assistant teacher of Katla F.P. School, Chakulia Circle, Uttar Dinajpur, he was paid salary only for the months of April and May 2017, and thereafter he has not been paid any salary for the subsequent months. He made a representation before the respondent-authorities for redressal of his grievance which, according to the petitioner, was received by the authorities. The said representation appears on page 30 of the writ petition.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent concerned to consider and dispose of the petitioner's aforesaid representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within six weeks from the date of communication of this order. The decision once given shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

WPA No.8634 of 2020 is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.

Needless to mention that this court has not gone into the merits of the writ petition, and the respondents are free to take decision in accordance with law. [Md. Nizamuddin, J]
