Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the order of injunction was of 2018 and the construction was made subsequent to such order of injunction.

It is for the petitioner to take steps before the appropriate forum in the event there is any violation of any subsisting order of Civil Court. A Writ Court need not interfere therein. WPA 8644 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly.
