IA no. CAN 1 of 2021 is an application seeking a direction that two further First Information Reports be considered while considering the present writ petition.

The two First Information Reports spoken of in the application are not included in the writ petition. Apparently both are subsequent to the filing of the writ petition. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps with regard thereto. So far as the writ petition is concerned, the compliant is of police inaction in respect of two FIRs. The FIR of Amta police station resulted in charge sheet. So far as the police case in Uluberia police station is concerned, the same resulted in a final report which states that the allegations are false.

In such circumstances, the police having acted on the complaints received from the

petitioner, no further interference is called for by the writ court.

WPA 8654 of 2020 along with I.A no. CAN 1 of 2021 are disposed of without any order as to costs.
