The advocate-on-record for the petitioners undertakes to affirm and properly stamp the petition as per the rules within forty eight hours of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

Learned Additional Solicitor General submits that the competent criminal court on a complaint petition by the Central Government has issued a warrant of arrest against the petitioners.

Furthermore, in view of the gravity of the offence further custodial interrogation of the petitioners is required. In those circumstances, we are unable to entertain this application for anticipatory bail. We dismiss the same. (I.P. MUKERJI, J.) (MD. NIZAMUDDIN, J.)
