Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. The application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is accordingly, disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in dealing in narcotic substance i.e. 688 gms. of Heroin, which is above commercial quantity and in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
