It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Personal appearance of the I.O. is noted and dispensed with. Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the nature of allegations including the nature of injuries as appearing from the medical papers which appear to be simple, we are inclined to allow the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions

as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
