This appeal has been preferred by one of the respondents in the writ petition against an interim order dated March 2, 2020. Such order was made operational till April 15, 2020. The order ceased to be in force after April 15, 2020. We are also told that the writ petition before the learned Single Judge is ready for hearing after exchange of affidavits.

We see no reason to keep this appeal pending. We record the request of learned advocate for the appellant that the writ petition should be disposed of at an early date as may be convenient to the learned Single Judge. The appeal and the connected application are disposed of.
