Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the writ petition has become infructuous since the period for which Director's Identification Number of the petitioner was deactivated has expired.

Since the said deactivation was the subjectmatter of the challenge, there is substance in such submission.

Accordingly, WPA No. 8700 of 2020 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs. 4.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
