Ld. advocate for the petitioner submits that there was a temporary injunction passed by the ld. Civil Court and, to that effect, an application under

Section 151 of the CPC has been filed for police help. But, in spite of the same, the police authorities are not acting.

The petitioner would approach the civil forum for implementing its order in respect of the police assistance, so required. It would be the discretion of the said court to consider such prayer in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8710 of 2020 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
