The petitioner challenges an FIR registered with Police Station being No. 117 of 2020 dated 28th February, 2020, inter alia, stating that she is not in any way involved between her husband and the private respondent.

It is submitted by the parties that charge-sheet has already been filed in the matter.

This Court is of the view that the writ petition cannot be maintained at this stage since the remedy of the petitioner is under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. The instant writ petition shall stand disposed of without any orders.

In view of disposal of the main writ petition, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2022 shall also stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
