It appears from the records that an application was made before the District Judge. In spite of service on several occasions upon the opposite party/respondent has not been taken up due to the absence of the opposite party/respondent.

Upon hearing the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner I am of the view that direction may be given upon the District Judge at Howrah to hear the said application within a period of four weeks from date in accordance with law.

In the event service of the petitioner before the District Judge has been made upon the respondent, no further adjournment should be granted on the ground of absence of the respondent.

With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
