Having considered the materials on record and in view of the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in stabbing his wife resulting in her death, we are of the opinion in view of the gravity of the offence and as the plea of the petitioner husband that he was also injured in course of the incident is not supported by any contemporaneous medical papers, we are of the opinion in the facts and circumstances of the case this is not a fit case to grant bail to him. The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
