The petitioner is directed to effect service of a copy of the contempt petition on the alleged contemnors/respondents within a week from date with an intimation that it shall be listed under the heading 'Contempt Application' four weeks hence.

An affidavit-of-service shall be filed on the next date. Pendency of the contempt petition shall not preclude the alleged contemnors to comply with the Court's order in the meantime.
