The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioners, who are the husband and close relatives of the husband of the de-facto complainant, say that a belated complaint was lodged several weeks after the de-facto complainant chose to leave the matrimonial house.

The State produces the case diary and there does not appear to be any incriminating material against the petitioners herein. The petitioners are entitled to anticipatory bail. In the event of arrest, the petitioners will be enlarged on bail upon furnishing security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

The petitioners will also abide by the conditions laid down in section 438(2) of the Code.

CRM 8251 of 2020 is disposed of.
