....Petitioners Mr. Aniket Mitra Mr. Swarvanu Saha ...for the Petitioners Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan ...for the State The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within one week of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioners say that they are the husband and close relatives of the husband of the de-facto complainant. According to the petitioners, the first petitioner got married to the de-facto complainant in December, 2019 and the de-facto complainant deserted the matrimonial home within 36 days of her marriage and lodged a false complainant.

The State produces the case diary and there does not appear to be any report indicating any serious injury. The charge-sheet has also been submitted.

Considering the circumstances, the petitioners are entitled to anticipatory bail.

In the event of arrest, the petitioners will be enlarged on bail upon furnishing security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The petitioners will also abide by the conditions laid down in section 438(2) of the Code.
