Subsequent thereto an identical application pertaining to the same Kaliachak P.S. Case No. 10/2014 dated 04.01.2014 was again filed by the petitioner. The said application was disposed of by an order dated 25th November, 2020. Let the said order, as produced, be kept on record.

In view thereof, the present application being CRM 8256 of 2020 stands dismissed.
