Counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition has become infructuous. Mr. Datta, Counsel for the State submits that in respect of FIR against the private respondents, investigation has been completed and charge-sheet has been filed.

In the above circumstances, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of without any order.

Instructions of the Officer-in-charge, Memari Police Station dated 2nd November, 2022 addressed to the State Advocate be taken on record.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
