Petitioner complains of the police inaction.

State and the private respondents are represented. Learned senior advocate appearing for the private respondents submits that the petitioner is not the owner of the property. His clients inherited the property through succession. It is, in fact, the petitioner who locked up the property. The petitioner failed to obtain any order under Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Apparently, there are disputes between the private parties which are civil in nature. Interference by the writ court is not called for.

WPA 8763 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly.
