The advocate-on-record for the petitioners undertakes to affirm and properly stamp the petition as per the rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video-conference on the basis of such undertaking.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate appearing for the State that on 8th September, 2020, the petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble court. It is further contended that the petitioner is absconding for a considerable period of time. Therefore, the court should not allow the application for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submission as advanced by the learned Advocate appearing for the parties and after going through the case diary, we are not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage.

CRM No.8283 of 2020 is disposed of.
