Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and as his prayer for bail was rejected in September, 2019 and delay in progress of trial due to the prevailing pandemic condition, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
