It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that Bally Police Station Case number was erroneously indicated to be No.88, whereas the Case Number was actually no.80.

Let the figure "88" in the cause title of the order dated October 21, 2020 be corrected to "80".

It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the security furnished will be to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah and not to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah. Let the above mistake be also corrected and the security furnished will be to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah and not to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah.
