Statutory bail had been granted to the opposite party Nos.2 and 3. Allegation of misuse of liberty has resulted in registration of subsequent case. Truthfulness of such allegation may be gone into in course of said proceeding. However, more than two years have lapsed since then. No further allegation of misuse of liberty is placed before us.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to cancel the bail.

Accordingly, the application for cancellation of bail is dismissed.
