Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in mind the period of detention already suffered by the petitioner i.e. about 42 days, we are of the opinion further detention of the petitioner is not necessary, but his movement requires to be restricted in order to instill confidence in the mind of the victim. Let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.

concerned police station within whose jurisdiction the petitioner shall presently reside once in a week until further orders. In the event the petitioner fails to comply with the conditions as enshrined hereinbefore, it is open to the trial court to cancel the bail without any further reference to this Court.
