The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.2, viz. Ektar Mondal @ Mandal @ Aektar and petitioner no.3, viz. Adora Bibi @ Aadara Bibi have already been arrested and he does not press the application so far as the said petitioners are concerned. As such, CRM 8309 of 2020 is dismissed as not pressed so far as the petitioner no.2, viz. Ektar Mondal @ Mandal @ Aektar and petitioner no.3, viz. Adora Bibi @ Aadara Bibi are concerned.

Apprehending arrest in connection with Daulatabad P.S. Case No. 154 of 2020 dated 18.07.2020 under Sections 498A/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the present application has been preferred by the petitioner no.1.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner no.1 submits that the victim committed suicide about 7 years after the marriage and the petitioner no.1, who is the brother-in-law of the victim, has been falsely implicated. The learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the petitioner's prayer.

Having heard the learned advocates and considering the fact that the petitioner no.2 and the petitioner no.3, the father-in-law and the mother-in-law of the victim respectively, have been arrested, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.1.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 8309 of 2020 is, thus, dismissed.
