The petitioner complains of police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the State relies upon the written instruction dated November 25, 2020 and submits that on investigation, the police submitted Non FIR PR vide Gangarampur P.S. Non F.I.R. PR No. 371 of 2020 dated November 23, 2020 under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code against eight persons. In such circumstances, the police having taken steps as noted above, no further interference is called for.

W.P.A. 8806 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly. The parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the website of this Hon'ble Court. (Debangsu Basak, J.)
