The present criminal revision of the year 2020 is filed praying for quashing of complaint case being G.R Case No.1336 of 2018 under Section 406/420/386/120B of the IPC pending before the court of learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta. Learned counsels for the State are present.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
