Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are no way connected with the present case. The petitioner no. 1 is the uncle-in-law of the deceased and the petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. It is further contended that the husband of the deceased was arrested and subsequently enlarged on bail.

Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and produces the case diary.

Considering the nature of allegations and materials available in the case diary, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

In the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like

amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM 8335 of 2020 is allowed.
