Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no way connected with the present case. He is an innocent person. He has been falsely implicated in the present case. Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and produces the case diary.

Considering the materials available in the case diary as well as the 161 statement and injury report, in our considered view that no serious allegation has been made against the petitioner. Therefore, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. In the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the

arresting officer subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM 8341 of 2020 is allowed.
