1. Challenging the inaction on the part of the concerned police authority to take steps based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 26th September 2020 over an incident occurred in March 2020, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. I am of the view that with the passage of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed.

3. However, there shall be no order as to costs. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
