This revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 19 of 2012, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bidhannagar, North 24 Parganas. It is contended by the plaintiff/petitioner that the suit has been lingering for a while. Due to disposal of several interlocutory applications, the hearing of the suit could not be taken up. Evidence has not yet started.

Taking into consideration the nature of the prayer, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned court below to proceed with the hearing of the suit in accordance with law. It is also submitted that no further interlocutory applications are pending.

This court has not gone into the merits of the case and the claims of the petitioner. The learned court below shall proceed independently and on the merits of the suit and dispose of the same without

granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application along with the server copy of this order upon the learned advocate(s) appearing on behalf of the opposite parties in the learned court below.

It is made clear that the learned court below shall make sincere efforts to dispose of the suit within a period of one year from the next date fixed. The revisional application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible subject to compliance of all usual formalities.
