Petitioner Mr. Pawan Kumar Gupta ....for the petitioner Mr. Madhusudan Sur, Mr. Manoranjan Mahata ...for the State The present application has been preferred inter alia praying for relaxation of conditions of bail as incorporated in the order dated 19th March, 2021 passed in CRM 8358 of 2020.

Heard Mr. Gupta, learned advocate appearing for the applicant/petitioner and Mr. Sur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

It appears that trial has already commenced and out of 33 witnesses, 8 witness have already been examined. There is also no adverse report against the petitioner. In view thereof, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 19th March, 2021 passed in CRM 8358 of 2020 to the effect that 'the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of Singur Police Station' is waived. Other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
