The petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of his representation dated 29.11.2018. The writ petitioner participated in the selection process for the post of Assistant Teacher conducted by the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission in the 6th S.L.S.T. 2013.

The petitioner came to know under a reply issued by the Commission under the RTI Act and that he has been awarded 19 marks towards his academic qualifications.

The petitioner by referring to schedule (at page 51 of the writ petition) firstly submits that he should have been awarded 20 out of 25 total marks. He further refers to an ""Information Brochure""

published by the Commission in connection with the said 6th SLST 2013 that total marks for academic

qualifications is 30. In such circumstances, the petitioner claims that he should have been given marks more than 20 marks.

In the above circumstances, the Chairman, the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission shall, therefore, consider the writ petition itself as a representation particularly with reference to at pages 73-74 as also the order dated 27.9.2019 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench in W.P.No. 11706(W) of 2019 which is annexed (at page 76 of the writ petition). The aforesaid consideration shall be made by the Chairman within two months from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed. The same shall be communicated to the petitioner within seven days thereof. If there is any consequential benefit that may be available to the petitioner consequent upon such consideration, the same shall be granted by the Commission.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
