Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner shall not enter while on bail the jurisdiction of Narkeldanga P.S except for investigation and/or attending the court proceeding until further orders and he shall provide the addresses where he shall reside while on bail to the Investigating Officer as well as to the court below and on

further condition that petitioner shall report to the Officer-inCharge of the concerned P.S within whose jurisdiction he shall reside while on bail once a week until further orders. The application being CRM 8368 of 2020 is disposed of. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
