Petitioner complains of police inaction.

Learned senior advocate appearing for State submits that, the police received two complaints from the petitioner. One of such complaint relates to felling of trees in which the complaint was registered as First Information Report and on conclusion of investigation, charge-sheet was submitted.

Since, prayer (b) of the writ petition relates to a First Information Report regarding felling of trees and seeks a direction upon the police to file the charge-sheet and since the police submitted a charge-sheet in respect of such First Information Report, no further interference is called for. WPA 8871 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
