Mr. Masum Ali Sardar for the petitioner Mr. Suman Basu for the respondent nos. 1-5 The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the High Court at Calcutta is not the appropriate forum to agitate the grievance of the petitioner. He seeks leave to withdraw the same and file it before the appropriate forum.

The prayer of the petitioner is allowed.

WPA No. 8870 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn. Leave is granted to the petitioner to file afresh before the appropriate forum on the self-same cause of action. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
