And In Re : Madhusudan Garai @ Madhu & 3 Others ......Petitioners Mr. Bitasok Banerjee ....For the Petitioners Mr. Madhusudan Sur, Mr. Manaranjan Mahata .......For the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in the alleged gang rape on the victim and as the progress in the matter was hindered due to prevailing pandemic condition and as their prayer for bail was rejected earlier, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail, being CRM No. 8387 of 2020, is accordingly rejected.
