And In Re : Rakesh Biswas ......Petitioner Mr. Shibasis Chatterjee ....For the Petitioner Mr. Madhusudan Sur, Mr. ManDipankar Pramanick .......For the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the murder of the victim, as appearing from the statements of his daughters recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence, it is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail, being CRM No. 8394 of 2020, is accordingly rejected.
