......Petitioner Mr. Mritunjoy Chatterjee ....For the Petitioner Mr. Rana Mukherjee, Mr. Santanu Chatterjee ...For the State We have considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged possession of 258 grams of heroin, which is above commercial quantity and in the light of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail, being CRM No. 8395 of 2020, is accordingly rejected.
