And In Re : Sk. Mantaj @ Sk. Mamtaj @ Mantu ......Petitioner Mr. Saikat Mondal ....For the Petitioner Ms. Zareen N. Khan, Mr. M. F. A. Begg .......For the State It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there was no penetrative sexual assault on the victim.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected as late as in August, 2020.

Having considered the materials on record and since the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected as late as in August, 2020 and there is no change in circumstance since then, we are not we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail, being CRM No. 8401 of 2020, is accordingly rejected.

All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this court.
