And In Re : Renu Saha ......Petitioner Mr. Kaustav Bagchi Mr. Arup Sarkar ....For the Petitioner Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy Ms. Rita Datta .......For the State Having considered the materials on record, prima facie, disclosing involvement of the petitioner in torturing the victim housewife, who suffered an unnatural death within two years of marriage, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
