And In Re : Munjera Bewa (Bibi) ..... petitioner Mr. Manas Das ... for the petitioner Mr. Sudip Ghosh Mr. Bitasok Banerjee ... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner and other accused persons in murdering the victim housewife, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
