of dated 08.10.2019 under Sections 498A/326/307 of the Indian Penal Code and adding Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In Re : Sita Ghosh alias Gita Ghosh ...... petitioner Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty .....for the petitioner Mr. Imran Ali Ms. Sema Biswas ....for the State Having considered the materials on record and keeping in mind the extent of complicity of the petitioner i.e. mother-in-law of the victim housewife in the alleged crime and as the husband of the deceased has been enlarged on bail and in view of period of detention already suffered by the petitioner i.e. 42 days, we are inclined in granting bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranaghat, Nadia, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

In the event the petitioner fails to appear before the trial court without justifiable cause, the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel

her bail in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.
