And In Re : Nahar Bibi ......Petitioner Mr. Arup Sarkar ....For the Petitioner Ms. Manisha Sharma .......For the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in causing grievous burn injury on the victim house wife, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM No. 8427 of 2020, is accordingly rejected.
