Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instruction that his client does not want to proceed with the contempt application.

When the petitioner is not desirous of prosecuting the contempt application, in this matrimonial dispute the Court does not feel any urge to proceed with the matter.

The contempt application (CPAN 566 of 2020) is disposed of accordingly without taking any steps. CAN 2 of 2015 (Old CAN No. 2818 of 2015) is already disposed of.
