Accordingly, as prayed for by Mr. Dhutiman Banerjee, leave is granted to the petitioners to withdraw this writ petition and approach the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal seeking similar relief.

The application being WPA 8911 of 2020 stands disposed of accordingly.
