Having considered the materials on record and in view of the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in torture of the victim house wife resulting in her death within one month of marriage and as the bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in June 2020 and there is no change in circumstance since then, we are of the opinion in view of the gravity of the offence, this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
