Roy Mr. Ranajit Roy ... for the alleged contemnor The alleged contemnor-wife has furnished her mobile No. vide 9433508809 on which whatsapp is activated. The petitioner-husband has also furnished his mobile No. vide 9830188407 on which whatsapp is activated. The petitioner-husband shall ensure a convenient time as shall be communicated by the opposite party-wife to the husband on whatsapp, to make regular audio and video calls to his children and speak with them. The wife confirms Savings Bank Account No.904801834 with the Indian Bank/Allahabad Bank, Jodhpur Park Branch for remitting the maintenance amount.

All future amounts towards maintenance shall be remitted to the aforesaid account number by the petitioner-husband. All payments towards maintenance to the wife shall be made by the petitioner-husband by the 7th day of each succeeding month. The wife shall ensure that the children are conformable when talking to their father. Parties shall ensure compliance of the order dated June 25, 2020 and this order in letter and spirit. With the aforesaid observations, the contempt application is disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

In view of disposal of the contempt application, CRR 1052 of 2020 also stands disposed of.

Personal appearance of the Ipshita Mitra (Roy) and the petitioner-husband stand dispensed with.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
