Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the West Bengal Board of Primary Education has issued a notification on 23rd November, for online application for verification/ scrutiny of the testimonials for ascertainment of training qualification of TET-2014 for qualified trained candidates and the petitioners have already submitted their online application for verification in this matter.

Learned Counsels appearing for the State and the W.B.B.P.E. are present.

As the petitioners have already filed their

online application for verification and scrutiny and the Board has already accepted the same there remains nothing in this writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of, however, there is no order as to costs.

Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
